Attendee Case Submissions

Both VIVA and The VEINS 2022 offer unique opportunities for attendees to present cases. VIVA offers Case Study Central, where expert faculty members will review attendee cases in an interactive roundtable format. Cases will be presented on Thursday, November 3, in the Discovery Theater.

Register today to submit a case. Cases must be submitted by September 18 to be considered.

Conference registrants will receive a confirmation email with a link to the hotel booking page.

VIVA has reserved a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $274 per night plus tax (currently 13.38%). This rate includes access to the fitness center, internet access for up to four devices, boarding pass printing, daily newspapers, and more. A nonrefundable deposit of the first night’s room and tax will be required to confirm all reservations. A charge of $50 per person per night will apply to each guest over double occupancy.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be accepted until October 4 at 5:00pm PT, or until the room block fills, whichever occurs first. The room block will fill up quickly, so conference registration and hotel reservation should be completed as soon as possible.
